From The Anne Singer Collection, embroidered by artisans in Paris
This embroidered design was inspired by a visit to an exhibition of Anne’s favourite artist, Matisse.
She went immediately afterwards to the art store and bought coloured paper and sat down to play with decoupage inspired by the motifs and vivid colours of the paintings and collages which illuminated the entire exhibition.
