Unbeknown to the outside world, the son of an architect, Tomasz, was commissioned by one of the leading interior designers in Paris to create embroidery concepts for a residential project. With teenage and student summers spent working at his fathers’ architectural practice, his experience of drawing on a draughts board, suddenly came into play when reinventing the house of one of his first fashion clients. Ten years later - and with a strong portfolio of over 20 distinctive residential and commercial projects – Tomasz is constantly pushing creative boundaries through the resolute use of texture, surface and colour.
From stately homes to modern apartment buildings, Tomasz is involved from inception. His signature is his design process. He designs by beginning with the floor and then looks up to the walls and ceilings, before setting a narrative of colour that runs through the project. He believes in understanding the client and putting them first in order to bring out their point of view and not overshadow their personality. Each project has a different brief and is tailored to suit individual requirements and the finished product is entirely personal.
